Thompson’s Roof Seal is a high performance elastomeric coating which cures to form a durable flexible membrane suitable for resealing and protecting whole roofs or repairing large areas of damage to a variety of roofing materials.
The elastomeric formulation is designed to flex with the natural movement of the roof protecting the membrane from cracking and splitting over time.
UV light stable iron oxide pigments provide a protective shield against harmful UV radiation ensuring weatherproofing performance under extreme conditions.
For best results the advanced formula should be applied directly to dry surfaces the formulation forms a vapour permeable membrane that repairs and weatherproofs whilst allowing any trapped moisture in the substrate to escape.
